Summer Schedule

June 16th through August 16th

 

Regular classes in the studio have been cancelled from June 16th to August 16th.  During that period, a series of workshops will be offered with the focus of developing a personal practice. 

 

Developing a Personal Practice

Each workshop will emphasize a different area of practice.  The workshops may be attended individually, but greater benefit will be gained by taking the whole series.

$20/workshop or $60 for the series

Sundays 9am to noon

1.    June 29th: Standing Asanas

2.    July 6th: Forward Bends and Twists

3.    July 20th: Backbends

4.    July 27th: Seated Postures and Pranayama

 

Pranayama Classes

There will also be a series of four classes offered focusing on the development of a pranayama practice.  Each class will include preparatory asana, reclining and seated pranayama, and will end with twenty minutes of silent meditation.  These classes are progressive and must be taken in series.

$40 for the series

Thursdays 5:30 to 7:30pm

July 17th, July 24th, July 31st and August 14th
